No-show on the service date will result in no refund.

3. Cancellations by Us
If the service is canceled by EazyGoPenida.com due to operational issues, extreme weather, or other emergencies, customers are entitled to choose:

Reschedule (rebooking at no extra cost, subject to availability).
4. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their booking up to 3 days before the service date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if there is a price difference.
5. Refund Process
